There are over twenty different links listed here. From scholarship information to articles on writing a resume; these sites were picked because they contain information that's important to university students like you looking for helpful sources of information for your academic career.

Campus Career Center - This is an all-in-one student resource site. This site includes articles on a wide array of pre and post-graduate employment issues. It has it’s own internship site with a searchable database.

Chemstudent.com - Free searchable internship and research opportunity database in several different industries serving the majors of bio-chemistry, chemistry and chemical engineering.

Collegeboard.com - From the people who bring you the SAT and Advanced Placement comes another useful website. Though its focus is toward incoming college freshman, it does contain free access to a searchable database of over 2000 scholarship and financial aid information.

Collegenet.com - This site will help you find and apply for a school and includes free access to an online scholarship and financial aid database.

Engineeringjobs.com - Keep this site in mind when you graduate. Along with an extensive listing of job opportunities, you can also post your resume, search for headhunters, and find more information on a long list of engineering companies and organizations.

Fastaid.com - Webpage with a free scholarship search from the authors of the Scholarship Book by Pretence Hall.

Fastweb.com - This site provides a free scholarship lookup.

Finaid.org - This site provides information about searching for scholarships/financial aid. This site links back to Fastweb.com for access to its scholarship database.

Firstgov.gov - The only official U.S. Government portal to 47 million pages of government information, services, and online transactions. This includes many links to government agencies, research sponsors, and educational programs.

Gradloans.com - As part of the Student Loan Network, this is a comprehensive site for finding scholarship, fellowship, grant, and loan opportunities both federal and private for graduate university and college students. This site takes you step-by-step through the entire process of finding the scholarship on their database to filling out the forms.

Grantsinfo.com - This site provides access (for a fee) to a database for federal and private sources of grants, fellowships, scholarships, contracts and awards in science and biomedicine.

IAESTE United States - This site offers international opportunities to students, including, paid internships, leadership development, international networking and more. IAESTE United States has been helping tomorrow’s technical leaders develop global skills for over 50 years.

International Education Financial Aid - This site has a free searchable database for scholarships, grants, loans, and other financial aid opportunities for students wishing to study abroad.

InternshipPrograms.com - This is WetFeet's free internship database site. The database allows you to search by occupational field and region. This site includes free resume posting and employers can post/update their own programs.

Internweb.com - This is a free internship resource for both students and employers to post internships. Also includes useful articles for interviewing, resume writing, etc.

Jobweb.com - This is a great resource for information on writing a resume and preparing for interviews. It even includes an internship timeline to follow during your academic career. Plus articles on many other career related subjects.

Learnon.org - Search thousands of engineering/IT course listings in one easy-to-access location. Learnon.org also has thousands of job postings in its career center as well as many other useful engineering resources and links.

MentorNet.net - This site explains itself as "The Electronic Industrial Mentoring Network for Women in Engineering and Science". This site serves to pair women studying engineering and science with professional mentors working in related fields.

Petersons.com - An extensive resource site on everything for higher education and beyond. Find information on colleges and universities, graduate programs, summer employment, test preparation, career resources, and much, much more.

Rising Star Internships - This site includes free access to internship postings. This site allows you to post your resume and gives potential employers the ability to post/update their programs on the site. This site also contains a listing of both national and international universities and graduate schools.

Scholarships.com - This free site is a very useful link to a database containing over 600,000 potential scholarships from 8,000 different resources. It not only includes information on accessing federal and state loan applications, but also lots helpful tips for searching for the scholarships that may be available for you.

Studentawards.com - This site will search for scholarships, fellowships, and internships that match your specific academic profile. And it’s free!

Techies.com - This is an all-in-one career resource site for all things technology related. This site has employment listings, industry articles, a salary calculator, and much more. Such as, a headhunter listing, school and class listings, and resume post. Lots of resources for those studying or employed in technology related fields.

Wetfeet.com - This site is a comprehensive tool for both employers and potential employees. For the job seeker, Wetfeet includes backgrounds on companies, compensation guides, many useful articles in a wide range of important career-related subjects, and much, much more. Not to mention Wetfeet has separate search engines for both jobs and internships.

Wired Scholar - From Sallie-Mae comes a really nice website for high-school graduates searching for colleges or financial aid. This site takes you through the whole process of preparing for college, selecting, applying, and deciding on a school, and learning your options for paying for your education.
